200TPD Maize Milling Plant Process Flow

This commercial maize milling machine is a complete dry maize processing plant. It converts corn kernels into medium-to-fine maize flour and grits, using precise cleaning, milling, and grading equipment.

1. Cleaning and Destoning
Raw maize is cleaned through a series of vibrating screens, magnetic separators, and destoners to remove impurities such as stones, dust, and metals. This step protects downstream equipment and ensures stable flour quality.

2. Dehulling and Degermination
Cleaned maize is sent to high-capacity dehullers and degerminators to remove husks and germs. This step produces light-colored flour with improved shelf life and taste.

3. Conditioning and Milling
The dehulled maize is slightly moistened and fed into large-scale roller mills. Multi-stage grinding and plansifting separate fine flour from coarse grits and bran. The system maximizes extraction rate while reducing energy consumption.

4. Sifting and Grading
High-efficiency plansifters classify maize products into fine flour, coarse flour, and bran. This ensures consistent particle size and quality across all products.

5. Blending and Packaging
Final maize flour and grits are blended, fortified if needed, and packed using fully automatic double-station packing scales. Bag sizes range from 1kg to 50kg, suitable for industrial and retail markets.
