Process Flow of Sesame Oil Production Line
Seed Cleaning and Destoning
Raw sesame seeds are passed through vibrating cleaning screens and destoners to remove dust, stones, and other impurities.
Hulling (Optional) and Roasting
Depending on the oil quality requirements, sesame seeds may be hulled. Roasting enhances aroma and improves oil yield, especially for traditional cold-pressed sesame oil.
Crushing and Flaking
Seeds are crushed into smaller granules and flaked into thin pieces to facilitate efficient oil release.
Oil Extraction

Filtration and Refining

Storage and Packaging
